Hibernia - Pooka Cloak charges are not working.
When using the charge/cloak, it reports: "You can't use that item from your backpack. Equip it first." This is with the pooka cloak worn in the cloak slot.
1. Equip Pooka Cloak on a lvl50 Char
2. Check charges are not depleted.
3. Activate charge with the use button and hitting cloak qbar button (or spell icon from the cloak dragged to a qbar slot)
Notice the error message:
"You can't use that item from your backpack. Equip it first."
Cloak has 5 charges. These should be usable to give the desired D/Q buff. This was working up until today 12/09/2018.
This was working and now it's not. Clearly you can see this as I had used 4 charges the night before!!!
