Hail of Blows - active RA for a number of classes. Tested on Nightshade.
The spell reports that it gives a boost to attack speed of 0%. At the time of testing, I had a pot haste of 14% active. Both icons appeared in my buff panel.
1. Activate haste from pot or druid buff
2. Activate "Hail of blows" RA
3. Observe behaviour and text reported.
Correctly apply and stack haste effect. OR if they do not stack, add this to RA text to ensure it's not purchased if it will give no help.
