Cloak of Shades step 10 did not turn over to step 11
I was tasked to Kill Aldous Wynedd and get the liquid and return to Thrurin.
Everything was good even dialog on what to kill next.
My JOURNAL did not update, also Thrurin will not interact with me.
1. start the quest
2. get to step 10(kill Aldous Wynedd for liquid)
3. turn in liquid - to find it will not progress
simply needs to move to the next step after turning said item.
seems to be server side, ive relogged, but not much I can do
