tool tips wont stay off after turning off, go to to options turn them off and on next log in they are back on again.

If the player chooses to have tool tips off then the option should be permanent as long as the player chooses so.
it happens every time i log on, i go to options and turn tool tips off. click ok, it works for as long as i am on. then log off and log on later and have to turn tool tips off again.
