Fog reduces visibility down to at least 1150 locs. This is not live like, i recorded 15+h of pendragon weather change and the minimum visibility I had was ca 3150locs away.
I reviewed the broadcasts from Pendragon. They can be found here

Events with strongest fog are at:
Video I 01:09:30
Video II 00:31:54
Video III 01:57:42 ; 08:00:42
Strongest fog is at Video III 08:00:42, but they are all pretty similar the last one it is also night, so hard to judge if it is slightly heavier fog or just night time condition.
In my opinion the permant object that is on the edge of beeing clipping range is the 2nd tree on the right from the bottom.
I measured the distance with ground target and it is ca 3150 units.

If i compare this to the following clip, on Uthgard the minimum visibility is at least only 1150locs.
Uthgard weather

1. log in on Uthgard
2. wait till bad weather occurs
3. wait till you have less than 1150 locs visibility
Minimum visibility should be adjusted to 3150 locs.
