The Quest "Youth Gone Wrong" dont spawn Villainous Youths.
1. Go Magmell take from Mandra the Quest "Youth Gone Wrong"
2. Wait spawn talk Mandra again try find another Villainous Youth kill it notice quest dont work.
3. Give up frustrated.
Debug the Quest and fix the Script that should spawn the Villainous Youth.
Quest you cant finish cant be intended.
Dint uploaded proof since i cant really proof on a screenshot that nothing happened.
