the old Dragon drops are proccing at lvl 47 and still in game and not able to get for new players so players use it for unfair fights in cale, the new dragon items are proccing for lvl 49 only
1. old dragon lvl 47 proc
2. new dragon lvl 49 proc
3. old has to be fixed
just reply old stats by new ones would not be that hard to fix old items
just about unfair balance from the differt proc on lvl 47 or 49 for new and old dragon items its unfair for new player they cant get it
