Got Gauntlets of Celerity from a Bwgwl. Chain equal to Mithril and adds Dual Wield +3 and Quickness +6.
Gauntles of Celerity are part of the "Arthurian Artifacts 1" cache (see DAoC Atlas, Page 255)
