Erskine in Connla does not respond; so quest cannot progress.
1. Be Animist level 41 with quest: search for the missing smith(step #3)
2. Ask Erskine in Connla if he has seen Ceard lately.
3. Erskine does not respond, to anything. I tried many combinations of words and phrases.
Quest cannot progress.
Check anything to do with Erskine interacting with players.
This issue was reported before for other mobs having this same problem, on this same step, on this same quest.(issue was reported to be resolved; I think it was Daracha, maybe check how that was fixed)
This exact issue with Erskine interacting with a bard was reported previously. (bard who posted issue removed it as invalid.)
Would probably be good to [key words] in the quest log.
