4904: Another kill task with low drop rate - Danoin Fishermen

Description

I killed approximately 250 Danoin Fishermen to get from level 40 to 41.
In all that time I received one Virulent Fishing Fly xp item drop.
The old school xp items drop at a much higher rate. I can usually collect 15 in 1 or 2 levels at most.

Reproduction Steps

1. Look at the code
2. Check the drop rate on the Virulent Fishing Fly from the Danoin Fishermen.

Intended Behavior

I believe the drop rate should be AT LEAST 5 times higher. I understand there are variations and you can hit a patch of low returns, but as with the Danoin Clerks, the return rate seems WAY too slow.

Evidence

The older xp items such as dunter heads and such drop much more often. It seems intuitive that the rate of drops on these items should be increased.
