4907: Etie of Cear Witrin does not accept Danoin Poisons

Description

I was level 39 and I delved the danoin poison, it said to turn it into Etie of Cear Witrin between levels 39 and 43. I tried to turn in the poison and Etie did not react.

Reproduction Steps

1. create a level 39 character
2. create a danoin poison from the danoin clerks
3. try to give the poison to Etie

Intended Behavior

simply make him willing to take the kill task would work.

Evidence

There was another new xp item in Albion where the mob would not take the kill task, just make him willing to take the kill task.
