1. farm/buy some siabra waylayer sash xp loot
2. be in the lvl range 26-35
3. travel to caille, find npc brynn and try to hand in the xp loot. she will take the item but u gain no xp
the NPC Brynn should give u a specific amount of experience after you handed the item over
