XP loot Streaming Wisp Husk cant be traded in at NPC Gery in TNN

Reproduction Steps

1. get a char to lvl 24-33
2. get youself some Stre<ming Wisp Husk (either buy in hz or farm them)
3. got to TNN find NPC Geryn and see that he doesnt want the item

Intended Behavior

after handing xp loot to the npc you should be given out xp
