4932: [ALB] Lynd Moidg of Swanton keep does not accept Grim Scrap

Description

I am level 28 and I have 15 "Grim Scrap" in my inventory.
On them, it said to turn it into Lynd Moidg of Swanton Keep between levels 21 and 30.
I tried to turn in the grim scrap and Lynd Moidg did not react.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a level 21 character
2. Kill Faint Grims and take a Grim Scrap
3. Try to give it to Lynd Moidg

Intended Behavior

NPC Lynd Moidg should accept this drop and give xp to the person turning kill task item in.
