Attempting to turn in a stack of XP loot Spirit Catcher Stone i went into the Bog to look for the staff merchant known as Emhyr. He wasn't in Siopa as Allakhazam (using the Wayback machine) said he should be. Does he roam? Not many merchants do, and i haven't seen one in the Bog do that.
1. Collect Spirit Catcher Stones (This part is working and it looks like they delve correctly)
2. Bring them all the way down to the Bog of Cullen, to the cluster of stalls known as Siopa, looking for the merchant NPC Emhyr
3. ...listen to the crickets... He's nowhere in sight. Should be where Morag the shield merch is right now.
Restore this venerable vendor of staves to the backwater market of Siopa, and test to see that he will properly reward us (those of us who have slaughtered enough Bananachs way up north in the frontiers) with suitable mountains of XP

not sure the date of the info on the French page below, but it lists /loc info for Emhyr given as shown in the 2002 ZAM data where in the photo Emhyr is in front of the two grey crates:

Right now on Uthgard, Morag the shield merch is standing there in Emhyr's spot. According to the French site she should be in the SW corner but that doesn't make sense to me. I think she would have been at either Siopa or Alainn B.
