first no dragon to kill and with only 20 in alb most i have seen dought we could kill him if he were there so i am totaly unable to respec only choice is to reroll and as slow it is to level here that is not a viable option
1. go to your trainer with out a respec stone and try to respec

1. replace dragon bring it back to first play daoc
2 or offer free respecs at your trainers (not original daoc)
3 put respec merchant in game (not original daoc)
i was told you removed dragon for exploit reasons with-out a viable way to gain respec stones. this must have just been a slight oversight on your part but there is no reason to punish everyone for this miss-hap.
