Description

I think I goofed and asked for a transfer before I deleted all my MID chars and tried to move to HIB so this is likely my bad but now that I have deleted my chars can I play HIB without the 48 hour delay. I am just coming back after a few years of not playing

3.As me sorry to bother you just came back and clicked the wrong thing

Intended Behavior

Just let me play HIB plz. Like I said I think I goofed.
