Theurgist ice pets does not go into "melee mode" after getting hit, they are continuing to cast spells even though mobs are hitting them. even a debuff should turn them into "melee mode".
1. log on a theurg and cast an icepet on a mob and see.

make sure that icepets that enters a combat state from either a melee hit or any spells cast on them should immediatly turn into melee pets that doesnt cast anymore.
