Description

After cancelling a realm transfer, the transfer timer continous. It does not allow me to transfer till the timer ends

Reproduction Steps

1. Start a realm transfer
2. Cancel the realm transfer
3. Try to start a realm tranfser

Intended Behavior

It should be possible to start a realm transfer
