5019: level of Bow of Decaying Legions

Description

i'm level 30 and have found the Bow of Decaying Legions. With 11.1 dps the bow is level 33. It should con orange to me, but it's purple (decaying faster when used)

1. Check the item level of Bow of Decaying Legions

Intended Behavior

item level should be 33 (orange to level 30)

Evidence

Well, it's obvious. Depending on the player level, items con grey, green, blue, yellow, orange, red or purple to the player
