I'm Unable to purchase a lot on lvl 49 shaman. I have enough money
1. Find empty lot stone
2. Walk up to Lot Stone
3. Click Lot stone to purchase/ confirm its not owned
Window should open to accept amount to puchase a lot
No current logs other players in game attempting to assist. Confirmed w/ player base min lvl req is 20
