Finished the sorc epic quest and checked my +skills after equipping the armor, noticed my body magic skill wasn't capped from gear. Then looked at stats on individual pieces, compared them to what is shown on the allakhazam database, and all the armor's stats match apart from the sleeves.
1. Complete the final step of the Sorcerer's epic quest
Add the missing stat to the item, the sleeves are currently missing half of their utility value.
