When checking for your guild social there is a chance that it will list the same offline character several times and also show different levels of him.
(Shannon estuary association in my case)
1. Log any char that is part of any guild (connla starterguild im my case)
2. Check socialchat for offline members
3. See if a offline playername is displayed several times with different levels
Change it so offline players only can be displayed once
For avoiding a mess in guildsocial etc. (this bug existed on uth1, too)
