0520: Mobs has too long melee attack range.

Description

- I'm on my full supp spec runemaster with my bubble up.
- Start attack at DD range with my bolt and spamming DD.
- When mob reach me its slowed for very low health and the snare of my DDs.
- It didn't attack me yet when I turn around and start kiting.
- Here comes what I think is the issue, the range of their melee attack, many times mob can destroy my buble and still able to land a second hit. IMO their attack range is way too long.

Reproduction Steps

1. Pull a mob and try to kite it panning the camera to see the distance they can hit you.

Intended Behavior

Reducing the distance the mobs can land melee hits.

Evidence

I have no way to know what was the livelike distance but trying it in game will prove to ANY developer/GM that is not correct.
