Footman gear dropping from the ghouls in avalon marsh dropping with no stats and 80% quality
1. kill some footmen ghouls
2. get the chain drop
3. see it has no stat and 80% qual
Check the loot table and correct the items stats and quality
The only evidence i have is killing them and getting the drop myself
