This is a named Mountain Grim which spawns at location 5k,5k Pennine Mountains and considered a rare mob.
He has One Time Drops (OTD) of Deathly Theurgist Staff, Deathly Wizard Staff and the Deathly Cabalist Staff, but he only drops coins. I have killed him five or six times.
1. Go to loc 5k,5k Pennine Mountains.
2. Kill Angau
3. See what loot he drops
Add the correct items to his loot table to be dropped.
