1. Take a character to the Svartalf camp between East and West Svealand, approx loc 41,100 / 53800
2. Attack a svartalf chanter with melee or casting
3. Svartalf chanters will not even attempt to attack
Svartalf chanters should attempt to defend themselves when attacked.
Mobs that don't attack back when they are attacked are indisputably a bug.
