0550: Ice Wizard pbaoe dmg is weaker than spec line ice dd

Description

At lvl 20 i decided to respec into ice spec as wizard.
I've immediately noticed the dmg was much weaker compared to fire spec as i wasnt able to solo oranges and had problems with yellows.
its a group spec they said, hits like a truck they said...
Then started grouping, couldnt use the pbaoe even in group as i was getting instant aggro from mob (ofc) and the dmg output was really meh... a cabalist dmg add was doing more dmg é.è

So i started using the spec line dd and staying back and i've noticed that the spec line dd hits for almost the same as the pbaoe when on top of a mob and sometimes even more.

Also the pbaoe resists sooo much its ugly.

Reproduction Steps

1. Use the lvl 21 skill Searing Gust with delve 76 on a mob,
2. Use the skill Steaming Blast lvl 20 on that same mob(when on top of it)
3. Compare dmg
4.????
5.No Profit :(

Intended Behavior

I'm no daoc guru... but a pbaoe skill on top of a mob should hit like a monster truck, wayyyy more than a spec line dd, right?

Evidence

I'm not sure how and where to create/find spell dmg logs of the game, if anyone will tell me how i'll be glad to update this bug ticket
