When I cast Lesser Friction on mobs (at least n carrion drakes and brownie , nomads) in Salisbury (between 10.1k, 9.5k and 8.1k, 17.6k). The graphic of the spell hits the mob, but I don't know if the deguff isn't hitting, or the debuff hits and doesn't cause aggro. Also, no spell cast spam in global when Lesser Friction is cast.
1. Target a mob
2. Cast Lesser Friction
3. Wonder why the mob isn't upset that you debuffed it
A debuff should cause the mob to become aggressive to the caster, just like if the caster had cast a damage spell
