When you kill a mob that gives a One Time Drop only the one who gets the lasthit will get the OTD.
1. Find a OTD mob.
2. Kill the mob with a grp of 2 or more.
3. Notice that only the one who does the lasthit gets the OTD.
Give everyone in a group the quest reward of a OTD.
On live servers people always got the reward of OTD when they were in the same group and attended in the fight of the mob.
