Description

When attacking mobs in Salisbury Plains, and while also aggroing them, they are not pathing correctly. Mobs will aggro, but their path is choppy, they stop, and when they finally get to you they do not attack no defend themselves. Specific mobs with this behavior are: wind mephits and psuedo basilisks. It's an issue because when they aggro they should run straight to you. When they get to you they should attack.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a level 12 character.
2. Travel to Salisbury Plains, loc=31677,24091,2241
3. Run through the wind mephits and psuedo basalisks to aggro them. Then watch their pathing and lack of attacking.

Intended Behavior

Correct pathing so they run directly to their intended targets. When they arrive to the target they should attack it. Consequently, when attacked they should also attack back.

Evidence

My understanding of the game mechanics allows me to know that this pathing is incorrect and the mob behavior is also incorrect.
