The epic quest dont start at trainer in camelot (Traveler's Way -- Dwarf Raid).
1. create a theurgist
2. get him to lvl 7
3. go see trainer, no quest is getting provided
Im guessing the quest need to be implemented. But not sure if the epics to all characters should be active in beta.
