NPC "Virge" doesnt continue Quest after giving him a questitem
1. Do Quest "Evenings Empty Blessing" till you have to talk to Virge in Huginfell.
2. Give him the questitem.
3. Virge does not respond "Virge says, "You have gotten this from a fabled vendo! I have nothing like this in my lifetime. Tis quite amazing I tell you. May I [keep this]?"

[Step #7] Return to Sydney with the translation.

Sydney says, "Rathis must be important. Possible a leader. That should be our target."
[Step #8] It is time to seek out the Vendo captain known as Rathis!
Rathis says, "You have defeated me, but you shall never defeat the vendo!"
Rathis says, "Do not think you have won!"
