0660: Undead Monk not dropping Dried Monk Skulls

Description

Undead Monks at Argel Abbatia in Llyn Barfog aren't dropping Dried Monk Skulls.
These are used for kill tasks.

Reproduction Steps

1. Kill undead monks, no skulls will drop.

Intended Behavior

Enable the loot table to drop dried monk skulls for the exp task.
