I bought a "hooded cloak" from Mabli in Ardagh for 50c. It was mauve colored (30g color).
1. Travel to Ardagh in Silvermine Mts.
2. Enter the biggest building in town
3. Buy a hooded cloak from Mabli
Hooded cloaks bought from dye vendors ought to be uncolored.
This report only has "my tattered old memory" as proof. Yet all other merchants sell this cloak as uncolored thus far.
