I have 239 into Alchemy and cannot raise Spell crafting(Evocation) above 107. Also since Alchemy is my crafting class cannot Spell craft items.
1. Raise Alchemy to level 100
2. Try to raise Spell crafting to 75
3. As a Alchemist try to Spell craft an item.
Spell crafting needs to be set to 75% of Alchemy level and allow alchemist to be able to spell craft.
Spell crafting and Alchemy cannot be leveled up if your primary trade skill is that of a mundane one. If your primary is Spell craft, you may skill up to 75% of Alchemy.
