The arrow merchant in Jordheim, Gerd. shows that the arrows named rough flight broadhead arrows should have accuracy: normal. purchased they are not normal, but reduced, which, according to allakhazam is correct.

(when crafting same arrows, they end up being normal (which should be reduced)
1. go to Gerd in Jordheim
2. right click on the rough flight broadhead arrows
3. buy the arrows and see theres now a different value
4. craft same arrow and see the difference
change the stat in the code shown by merchant.
and also change the stat from crafted arrows (unless crafted arrows are supposed to be better than bought).
