BAF (Bring a Friend) doesn't seem to be working in Midgard. (Can't speak for other realms). This also prevents groups from getting a group experience bonus
1. Have a group (3-8 people) - this to test if any type of BAF is working
2. Pull a mob by damage or CC

Depending on the number of people in the group, 2-3+ mobs should be aggroing when pulling from a camp with damage or CC.
According to the link above:
1 in group = 1 mob
2 in group = 1-2 mobs
3-4 in group = 2 mobs
5-8 in group = 3+ mobs
