I did not get a line respec at lvl 20 with my armsman. I should get one.
Its either my char, or all armsmen
1. Level an armsmen to lvl20
2. see that there is no line respec
3.
Give a line respec to armsmen at level 20.
Then it is correct
Every class gets its respec at level 20, i dont think proof is needed
