Description

I can freely choose a title for my character using the /title command.

Reproduction Steps

1. Gather some kind of title (i.e. level one trade skill > 100)
2. Use the /title command
3. Choose a title

Intended Behavior

Choosable player titles as well as the /title command are not part of v1.65.

Evidence

Chooseable player titles and the /title command first appear in patch notes for v1.75.
