A lot of players have experienced some mobs not attacking back. I have discovered a way to reproduce the bug and cause a mob to break. This seems to affect mobs that have self-buffs to cast only.
1. Kill a Keltoi Banisher.
2. Wait for the banisher to respawn.
3. As he starts to cast self-buffs, quickly interrupt him with stun and an instant DD or two.
4. The mob breaks and does neither move or fight back.
5. Observe that after its death it is broken upon ever following re-spawn.
My theory is that interrupting self-buffing somehow causes them to enter an "endless" loop or bad state that they can't get out of, even after respawning.
Intended behaviour should be that the mobs don't break on interruption or are broken upon spawning.
[11:19:38] You target [the keltoi banisher].
[11:19:38] You examine the keltoi banisher. He is aggressive towards you!
[11:19:38] You hit the keltoi banisher for 57 damage!
[11:19:38] You hit the keltoi banisher for 40 damage!
After that, he completely stopped and was broken from thereafter.
