Sorc Base spell line Debuff.
When I Cast the lvl 8 Base Strength debuff on a mob, the lvl 8 Base Dexterity Debuff is greyed out.
lvl 8 Str Debuff Debillitate Body
lvl 8 Dex Debuff Mystic Web
They are in different spell lines, so they should not grey each other out.
1. Put the lvl 8 str debuff spell and the lvl 8 dex debuff spell and put them on a quickbar.
2. Find a mob and cast the Str Base Debuff on the mob.

The two spells are on two different spell lines, so they should not interfere with eachother.
If one spell is cast, the other spell should also be castable.
Can't find any description that it should not work like this, but I am 100% sure that these spells should not interfere with eachother as they are in a different spell line.
