0073: Level 1 Lurikeen Guardian is offered "Way of Magic" quest

Description

Level 1 Lurikeen Guardian is offered the "Way of Magic - Learn the Paths (Elf)" quest from Magician Trainer "Etain" instead of the starter quest for guardians from Guardian Trainer "Meadghbh".

Reproduction Steps

1. Roll a new Lurikeen guardian
2. Log in to the game
3. Try to talk to Meadghbh
4. Talk to Etain

Intended Behavior

Lurikeen guardians should be offered the new guardian quest line and not the new magician quest line.

Evidence

I have rolled three different Lurikeen guardians (two males and a female) and they are all offered the incorrect quest.
