Little Wind quest does not advance, past step@1, after talking to starting NPC. Reidie has nothing more to say after talking to her.
1.At level 9, go to Tir an Beo and talk to Reidie - she gives you quest name *Little Wind*
2. let her finish talking clicking links to continue a rayher long-winded intro.
3. Quwst journal should advance past step#1 - and send you to kill water beetle for the cork.
the quest should continue advancing - After talking to Redie, kill water beetle for the cork, a spraggonoll for leg bone. Return to Reidie and she uses the eye for cork, the legnbone for flask and return them to you to put Little Wind's essense in when you kill him.
