0753: Battleground Abermenai releases respawning you out of BG

Description

When releasing in Abermenai battleground, it respawns you at the realm teleport keep (ie Svasud Faste) instead of at the realm portal keep.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Abermenai Battleground, lvl 15-19 BG
2. Die in the BG
3. Release
4. See you respawn at realm teleport keep (ie Svasud Faste) and not PK.

Intended Behavior

Set battleground release to portal keep instead of teleport keep.

Evidence

In Classic DAoC and in modern DAoC, you spawn inside the BG and don't get zoned out upon death. This causes a loss of money as well as time for players.
