When you salvage Hibernian weapons with metalcrafting you receive "arcanium bars" for them. You can not turn those arcanium bars into anything, because arcanium bars are the midgard and albion version of the hibernian "arcanite bars".
1. Get high enough metalcrafting (1000 is plenty)
2. Salvage a Finliath Firebrand or any other highlevel hibernian weapon
3. You should now hold arcanium bars in your hand. these should be arcanite bars in hibernia.
replace the arcanium bars with arcanite bars for the hibernian salvage table of items.
