Quest Outcast Ormgarth in Lethantis/Camp Forest is given at level 22 instead of level 6. Quest was changed patch 1.75b to higher levels.

Quest should be changed to fit appropriate level, have experience and coin given adjusted. Ormgarth might need loot table adjusted if his loot was scaled up to level 20's. He used to drop the charm and a low level axe per:
