We bought a personal house and wanted to change it to guild house with the guild deed. It works, but the name on the house dont change.
Nag bought the house, bought the guild deed, but the name didnt change to our guild name. It still has Nag's name on it.
1. Go housing, buy a lot, buy a house deed, buy a guild transfer deed.
2. Make sure you're in a guild

When converting a personal house to a guild house, then guild's name should be be displayed instead of the previous owners.
