After using quickcast, the button should grey out / timer should be shown when hovering ofter the button. This often does not work correctly, the button is shown as if quickcast is "ready", but in fact it isn't.
1. play necro
2. use quickcast
3. watch quickcast button... in many cases it does appear "ready", even when you just used it
its obvious: quickcast should be displayed as inactive (greyed out), when it was used within the last 30 seconds
no need for evidence, it should work like described
