Anrid, a questgiver for what i am assuming is a level 20+ quest, has a yellow light below her indicating she has a quest to give. However she does not give dialogue or react to my advances.
1. Add the quest to Anrid (npc).
2. Check if she is broken somehow.

The bug should be fixed in the way that she can give you a quest.
on Allakhazam it shows that Anrid is a questgiver and she should be giving people a quest. She has a yellow light below her ingame indicating that she has a quest to give. However it is not possible to get a quest from her or any dialogue.
